3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on ds333, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. ds333 reserves the right to cancel an account and forfeit any winnings if registration is done with false information.

As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, ds333 may request a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued ID at any time. Failure to provide these documents may result in the account being restricted or closed.

3.2 Account Security

4.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from a third party's mobile banking number or bank account are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, withdrawals may be put on hold until identity verification is complete.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

• If withdrawals are attempted from multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; a deposit of ৳28,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• If a withdrawal is attempted before wagering is complete, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified period from the date the bonus was received, the bonus will expire.
• Some games may not fully count toward wagering — contact the support team for the specific list.
• It is not possible to hold more than one bonus at the same time.

5.3 Other Promotions

ds333 regularly launches new promotions. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are stated alongside the offer. ds333 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

If bonus abuse, creating multiple accounts, or other misconduct is proven — including exploiting the bonus or promotion system — the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Technical Errors

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Match fixing or betting on predetermined results.

• Cyber attacks against ds333's systems or network.
• Opening an account with false or misleading information.
• Placing bets using a third party's funds.
• Using ds333's trademarks, logos, or content without permission.
